1. Read the description carefully.
2. Returns are not accepted.
3. All transactions are "First-cash-in first-served basis".
4. Payment can be made to our Maybank account. Please contact us to COD.
5. We will hold the item for you without any payment for THREE days only. Any longer than that would require a deposit of at least 30% of the price.
6. VERY IMPORTANT: To book an item which is on their way here, a 30% refundable* deposit is required. *A refund will be issued only if the item did not arrive from the supplier. Cancellations of bookings DO NOT qualify for refunds. We are also not responsible for items that were lost in mail. That is why we always use PosLaju - safe & quick.
7. Feel free to ask if you have any questions. We will try to reply your emails asap (even though we are the laid-backs :P).
